What a great event
Very well organised and having a really friendly atmosphere. The run it self was challenging, trying my best to avoid large puddles etc but great fun. Really recommend and look forward to the next events.

Siple and very well organised
It’s a course where you can set your PB in a trail marathon, but if it’s wet you better wear shoes with a good grip because some of the footpath becomes technical and slippery. Well signed and water points well positioned. Thank you.

Really enjoyed Barrows & Downs Marathon - nice atmosphere, welcoming and helpful organisers, friendly marshals and competitors, lovely scenery and a very well signposted route. Another fantastic race from And-Over Trail Events!
As with all great races, this one is good for runners competing for the podium places and, with a generous cut-off, people newer to the marathon distance.

Car park right next to start/finish so east to/from the event.
Good instructions to the event including a what3words pin.
In sum, in only its 2nd year, all the main points are there for a great event. Very much worth doing.
